bookmark_borderBelmar Planning Board – July 20, 2026

This was a great meeting, many things that have to do with our Borough were discussed.

The Belmar Planning Board is working on its 2026 Reexamination of the Borough’s Master Plan, as required under New Jersey’s Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL), which mandates that municipalities review their master plans at least once every ten (10) years. Belmar’s last reexamination was completed in August 2016. This process provides an important opportunity to evaluate whether the Borough’s planning goals, land use policies and development regulations continue to reflect current conditions and community priorities. –

Once again, I managed to extricate the video from the Microsoft Onedrive MESS.
