I think it is a significant improvement from what is there now. I mean not for nothing how many serious drug incidents have occurred at the Motor Lodge in the past few years. Its time for us rid the Borough of the places that attract that kind of activity. Talk about something that will make everyones property values go down—–
Wouldn’t the dealers rather have their clientele returning to their choice of motor lodge and Heroin Inn than any proposed New structures with upscale, private security buildings?
With all that infrastructure money coming … let the NJDOT take the property and improve pedestrian crossing of Route 35, 71 and the railroad … use the remaining area for electric vehicle charging and solar covered parking
I agree with you Mr. Creamer however that would mean actually spending money on infrastructure. That’s NOT Mr. Biden’s intent. His intent is to continue to to pay lazy people money to sit home and do nothing, the Democratic party way. It’s no wonder businesses are having a hard time finding people to work.
Wow, just wow. Too big, way too big. Traffic will be insane.
Build in accordance with the seaport redevelopment plan. Nothing more.
2021 Resort living Viva Repettis. Clever, Clean lines accommodating all ages and so near a water front locale and trains within a transit village.
