Revised Resolution 2021-99 Newman Ventures Riverwatch Townhouses
They are replacing the 5 single family homes on 11th ave ( next to 7 Eleven) with 8 townhomes. I hope there is enough parking.
#1—- do you think or research before you post? Or you assume you know everything. If you look at the property card for where the Riverwatch project is you will see that although multi structures which you have erroneously stated are 5 single family homes, Block 117 Lot 3 contains 3 structures making it a multifamily lot (rental property) with 9 bedrooms, Lot 4 (additional lot 5 merged on the property tax card as one lot) has 2 structures again making it multifamily (rental), the structures are also divided into units. This is a pre-existing non-conforming multi family lot already NOT single family homes.
To further point something out this is an amendment to a redeveloper agreement, did you notice the amendment was to decrease the amount of units??????? From 10 to 8 town homes.
Did you look at the project at all before making your assumptions and negative comment hoping the others jump aboard????
I suggest you and others look at these projects and what good may come, they are building up the tax rateables with these projects and with those structures down these town homes would be a huge improvement for that neighborhood, which is surrounded by a lumbar yard and commercial properties, Seven Eleven and looks at one of the biggest eyesores that ugly condo building which has absolutely no design.
Jesus Christ, get over yourself. You are a total nutjob about the project, you obviously have a financial stake in it. There is not enough street parking, just like the new apt bldg on 10th, what is your problem?
And don’t assume anything about the research that has been done. You really need to get a grip. I guess you have a financial interest. Figures.
7 Eleven is always busy and fills a need. the ugly condo bldg is always sold out. Stop pushing your own agenda for the overbuilding of Belmar. You sleaziness is showing. And your insecurity.
One of the biggest tax payers in town and TrueFacts wants to get rid of them ? what a moron.
Why don’t you like my building True Facts ? Can’t afford a condo here ? 104 units paying over $300,000 in taxes, per year.
Don’t complain about the 24 hour 7 Eleven if you buy one of the townhomes. It was there before you were.
