Well, I agree that we need new blood on the council and a new mayor. I am not, however, broken up about the ‘iconic’ bank being knocked down. I am more concerned about the size of the thing going up in its place, but the bank was empty. You can’t force a tenant to occupy a building. And short of that, it needs to go. It’s a bummer for sure, but we can’t make people pay to inhabit building.
Lastly, I applaud these folks for writing letters. They are taking a big risk with Mr Kirshenbaum. He seems like the type to hold a grudge.
