As residents, we have to choose when it is worthwhile to fight our battles. Such a miniscule project relative to the 100+ unit projects that we saw over the last few years. This is the template for the type of redevelopment that we should have had all along… imo
It would be nice if all these new condo’s and townhouses gave a break to first responders and volunteers so that can actually afford to live in the town they serve.
the property is Silver Lake watershed head and mostly impervious … with good stormwater management … like drywells … the Lake environment would improve
More condos/apts and not enough parking. Just what we needed.

These are not condos but townhouses. Down from the original application which was in itself conforming to Seaport Redevelopment.
