If there is information about what happened at yesterday’s hearing,
I cannot find it.

Below is the most current article about the possible recount.

Comments

  1. “I ask you, with-out election integrity, what is the point of voting.”
    —————————————–
    Well said Jim…

  2. A judge has ruled that the voting machines be tested in four races in Monmouth Cty. on Feb. 8th.
    —————————————–
    DON’T VOTE!!!

  3. #6 yes, please don’t.
#7 cool, you should def listen to Mr Dilberger and not vote.

Thank you Mr Bean for paying attention and doing something about it. Sounds like E,S,&S is more interested in keeping the lucrative public contract than having a working system. An unfortunate byproduct of a free market. I am not quite ready to throw out the baby with the bath water. I anxiously await the results of the recount before freaking out. There has always been a concern about election integrity. Our history is rife with candidates and or parties attempting to put their thumb on the scale. Our history is rife with examples of them being caught doing it. We have tools is place to prevent such fraud and we have vigilant citizens like Mr Bean to sound the alarm. Let’s all take a breath and see where the vote stands, and how this happened. At minimum, EE&S should lose their contract.

  4. I am totally astonished that the Republican candidates that failed to win seats in our recent election didn’t uncover this mess. Maybe if they didn’t put all their efforts into trying to uncover a few graffiti artists or determine who flew a banner plane over the ocean they could have added up a few numbers. Great job mystery man Jim.

  5. #9 while I agree that this should’ve been uncovered by the losing candidates (or winning candidates, or board of elections, or county clerk, or the media, and on and on), it should be pointed out that there, so far, is no indication that this glitch favored any particular party. It may turn out that the Belmar republicans actually relieved less votes than originally thought. Like what happened in Arizona.

  6. Unrelated to this article but has anyone seen Opra request 23-50 for salaries for 2022? Looks like the former administration took care of some of them in their elite clique
