1. I think you mean 12th Ave? This is the one that’s been held up in court for years. Replacing the Belmar Inn I believe.
   Or is there another on 10th?

   Anywho, be mindful folks. There’s an election coming up and there is a possibility that one of the potential candidates is a developer. Which is good and bad. Bad because they will presumably be in favor of unchecked development. Good because this person would have to recuse himself from deliberating on any project that he was potentially involved with. Allowing for a possible vote swing.
