  1. all 3 redevelopment areas are within the Coastal Zone as described in the Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA) and development of 25, or more, dwellings require a CAFRA Permit.

    our local developers like to build 24 condos and avoid CAFRA review.

  2. Lovely. Getting into Main Street area from 35 on either 8th or 10th should be interesting. We’ll all be like “remember when you could get into town from Rt 35?” Boy those were the days.
